To purchase our pies online, enter our convenient store and follow the instructions to place your pie order using our fast and easy PayPal shopping cart. If you have an established PayPal account, you may choose to transfer funds or select your credit card of choice for secure online processing of your order.   Gift Orders

Yes, you may order a pie as a gift for family members or friends. When you complete the order process through our online store, you will receive a confirmation and thank you for your order. On this page, you may select the “Gift Card” option. You will be asked to complete a brief form providing your name, email address, recipient’s name, and the message you would like handwritten on the gift card. This information will be emailed to Helen’s Pies, and the customer service folks will prepare and include a gift card to ship with your pie order. Our pies are wonderful gifts and make it possible for others to enjoy this little piece of Down East Maine.
 

Shipping

The pie(s) will be shipped to your home or office baked and frozen. All pie(s) are specially packaged in Styrofoam containers with ice packs and shipped in made-to-order boxes to ensure the pies are protected against any damage. They will arrive at your door ready to eat or to warm in your oven for a wonderful, home-baked pie experience! Gift orders will be shipped to the address you provide when submitting your order online. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange timely pickup of the pie at the designated location. If you are sending a package as a gift, please notify the gift recipient that a FedEx delivery will be arriving, so that they can watch for it and take it inside when it has been delivered. We recommend that you place your order as far in advance as possible for holiday orders!
