Q. How do you ensure that the pies arrive on time and in good condition?

A. Our pies are specially packaged in Styrofoam pie containers with ice packs and shipped in made-to-order boxes. They are guaranteed for overnight delivery and to arrive ready to eat or to warm in your oven.

Q. May I order a blueberry pie to send as a gift?

A. Yes, you can. In the shopping cart, we ask you to provide both billing and shipping information. If you are ordering the pie as a gift, just complete the name and address of the person to whom we should ship your gift. You may also complete the gift card form and we will enclose a gift card with the pie including your personal message.

Q. What if there is a problem with our pie upon arrival?

A. If your pie does not arrive by the next day or you have any question regarding your order, please email immediately at customerservice@HelensPies.com so that we may trace the shipment. We will contact you as soon as possible.

Q. Will you be offering other pies in the future?

A. At this time, we offer only the Baked Blueberry Pie for purchase online. Depending on our customers’ response, we may offer other pies for sale on the website in the future.
